The fourth Rohini Nayyar Prize for outstanding contribution to rural development in India was awarded to Vidhya Parshuramkar from Maharashtra. The prize was handed over to Ms. Parshuramkar by the Chief Guest Prof. S. Mahendra Dev, Chairman, Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister, at a ceremony in New Delhi on October 31, 2025, Rohini Nayyar Prize 2025.
